of operations, scheduling, and planning for Aviation Squadrons and
Aircraft Carrier Flight Deck environments.
After leaving

in Virginia Beach, VA, eventually working into a responsible project
designer role, which he held for five years. He left to take a position
as the Senior Architect for a Norfolk, VA based firm, and was later
recruited by CMSS Architects in Virginia Beach as a Project Manager.
In 1991, he was hired as a Project Manager/Associate for EMO/Architects
in Tallahassee, until he was offered the position of Manager Design
Services with Sperry & Associates in 1999.
Stephen brings
more than 14 years of architectural design and construction administration
experience to his position and is responsible for in-house Design
Service, quality control, plans review and design support for project

with marketing strategy and graphic design support. His computer

presentation capabilities.
